We are thrilled to announce that Klarity has raised $70 million in Series B funding, led by Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross (NFDG). This round brings our total funding to $90 million and marks an exciting new chapter for our company and the enterprise transformation space.

Joining NFDG in this round are returning investors Y Combinator, Tola Capital, and Scale Venture Partners, alongside new investors Picus Capital and Invus Capital. Their continued confidence reflects the momentum we've built and the massive opportunity ahead.

What this means for Klarity

This investment will fuel our next phase of growth across three key areas: engineering and product development, go-to-market expansion, and deepening our partnerships with the world's leading enterprises.

Since our founding, Klarity has been on a mission to transform how enterprises understand and improve their operations. We started by automating document and data review for finance and accounting teams, working with over 50 of the largest SaaS companies.

Now, we are expanding that vision. Our platform discovers how organizations actually work, structures that knowledge into actionable intelligence, and drives continuous improvement across the enterprise.

“This funding allows us to accelerate our mission of giving every enterprise the tools to understand itself and continuously improve. We're building the foundation for a new era of operational intelligence.”

— Nischal Nadhamuni, Co-Founder & CTO, Klarity

Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross bring unparalleled experience in scaling technology companies. Nat, the former CEO of GitHub, and Daniel, former VP of AI at Apple, have backed some of the most transformative companies in AI and enterprise software.

“Klarity is tackling one of the largest unsolved problems in enterprise technology—helping organizations truly understand how they operate and where they can improve. The team's execution has been exceptional.”

What's next

With this funding, we are investing heavily in our AI platform to deliver even deeper process intelligence, expanding our team across engineering, product, and customer success, and scaling our go-to-market efforts to bring Klarity to more enterprises worldwide.

We are grateful to our customers, partners, and team members who have made this milestone possible. The best is yet to come.
